CONNECT THE MAIN OUTPUT TERMINAL DIRECTLY TO THE ENGINE BATTERY FOR CONTINUOUS CHARGE SIMPLY WIRE THE SECOND (LEISURE) BATTERY (or BATTERIES) VIA THE DUAL-SENSING ELECTRONIC RELAY AND EARTH THE BLACK RELAY WIRE THE SYSTEM WILL THEN AUTOMATICALLY CHARGE YOUR LEISURE BATTERY (or BATTERIES) WHEN THERE IS SUFFICIENT OUTPUT FROM THE ALTERNATOR AND AUTOMATICALLY DISCONNECTS IT FROM THE ENGINE BATTERY WHEN THE ENGINE IS STATIONARY PREVENTS DISCHARGING THE ENGINE BATTERY AND AVOIDS THE LOSSES AND WIRING COMPLICATION OF SPLIT-CHARGE DIODES THIS IS A DUAL-SENSE SYSTEM THAT WILL AUTOMATICALLY WORK WITH BATTERY CHARGERS AND SOLAR-CELL OR WIND TURBINE CHARGERS AS WELL AS THE ALTERNATOR Auxiliary Charge systems such as Solar Charging systems can simply be connected to the leisure batteries as the dual-sensing split charge system will operate whether the engine is running or not and automatically charge the engine battery if sufficient charge is available.
