Universal patch lead (Included). Compatible with following vehicles. Car Make / Model. This fitting kit is suitable for Ford vehicles with CAN service, for non-CAN vehicles please use FK-876. This adaptor will convert the non din-sized aperture left after removing the factory stereo to a din size ready for head unit installation. The high quality finish, colour and texture are designed specifically to maintain the original look of your vehicles interior. A stalk/steering wheel control adaptor enables you to utilise the original factory remote audio (whether built onto steering wheel or fitted on a stalk next to the steering wheel) with an aftermarket unit. Steering wheel control interface and adapter cable with CAN service to fit an aftermarket radio upgrade. The cable adapts from the Quadlock connector in the car to standard aftermarket ISO connectors. This replaces the need for a separate ISO radio replacement adapter cable. The steering wheel control interface is built in to the adapter cable for a plug and play installation. NOTE: Some cars do not have an ignition power supply in the original quadlock, these cars will require an ignition supply to be hardwired. This interface will allow the original audio control buttons on the steering wheel to work with the new aftermarket radio. The interface will work the volume, track skip and source buttons. An Aerial Adaptor is needed when replacing the original factory fitted head unit with an aftermarket head unit. Patch lead to match the steering control interface to the new head unit. Some branded and other unbranded CHINESE Head Units vary in size and will not fit. Please check the dimensions of your Head Unit and compare to our flush fit dimensions (172mm x 98mm).
