This fitting kit allows you to replace the original factory fitted head unit in the vehicle with a new aftermarket Single or Double DIN version, retaining the original dashboard appearance and the steering wheel control functions. This adaptor will convert the non din-sized aperture left after removing the factory stereo to a din size ready for head unit installation. Replacement car audio fascia to enable you to change the original radio in the car to a Single or Double DIN aftermarket version. This fascia adapter allows the fitting of an aftermarket radio into the cars dashboard by matching the shape, style, size and colour of the original OEM factory fitted radio. For double DIN installation, this fascia requires a 184mm x 104mm cage. Most cages supplied with after market radios are 113mm tall and will not fit. We sell cage 51-012. Which fits this fascia. This kit comes with a removable pocket for Single DIN installation. Double DIN fitting cage. This kit is designed to replace the metal cage kit that is usually supplied with your new aftermarket double din head-unit or navigation system. It is used along with fascias that have 103mm high hole sizes. Complete with fixings to attach to the new car radio body. Replacement Button Panel with all Symbols (SEAT-HAT7). Replacement button assembly panel for Seat Ibiza cars. When fitting a new double din head unit into a 2014 onward Seat Ibiza, the buttons from the original radio panel need to be relocated. Earlier models had more buttons on the panel down by the gear stick, a button panel from an earlier model car is required. See the image below for examples of the earlier and newer models with the different positions of hazard, ESP and airbag buttons. The button panel from the earlier car pictured to the left will be needed for the newer car pictured to the right. Button Relocation Harness (CAB-SEAT-HEAT). This is used to relocate the original hazard and passenger airbag buttons when fitting an aftermarket head unit. Suitable for Seat Ibiza car models without heated seats. Steering Wheel Control Interface and Radio Adaptor Cable. Steering wheel control interface and adapter cable for Seat cars to fit an aftermarket radio upgrade. The cable adapts from the Quadlock connector in the car to standard aftermarket ISO connectors. This replaces the need for a separate ISO radio replacement adapter cable. The CANbus steering wheel control interface is built in to the adapter cable. This interface will allow the original audio control buttons on the steering wheel to work with the new aftermarket radio. The operation of these buttons can be dependent on the vehicle specification and radio compatibility, see the instructions for more information. The CANbus interface will also provide a key present ignition, illumination, speed pulse, reverse gear and handbrake outputs. This cable converts the original antenna connector in the car, known as a Fakra connector, to a standard aftermarket antenna connector, known as a DIN connector. The adapter cable has a built in module which provides a phantom power feed to the original antenna in the car. A phantom power feed is a 12v power supply that is sent up the centre wire of the antenna cable, this powers the amplifier built into the original antenna. The antenna adapter cable has a loose wire which needs to be connected to the 12v antenna power output of the new aftermarket stereo. The phantom power feed terminates in a male bullet connector to make the phantom power lead easier to connect to ISO cables and steering wheel control interfaces with a female bullet connection for the electric antenna turn on. We also have this part available with a junior timer receptacle terminal to make it easy to connect into the electric antenna turn on position of a standard ISO connector, the 21-123. Universal patch lead to be used with In car Tec 49 series steering wheel control interfaces. Use for Alpine, Clarion, JVC, Kenwood, Pioneer and Sony head units. FOR UNBRANDED/ CHINESE HEAD UNITS YOU WILL REQUIRE A DEDICATED 49-000. The fascias are made to suit industry standard sized stereos such as Pioneer, Kenwood, Sony, Alpine, JVC etc, NOT INCLUDING China units or unbranded units. China units have a reputation to be over sized and may require modification to the fascia to allow it to fit. We do not take any responsibility for China units not fitting as they are not industry standard size. Some knowledge of car audio installation is helpful, as in some rare case “modification” is necessary.
