The Product is damaged, abused or modified. What are your customer service opening times? This may be longer during peak sales times such as Christmas or other automotive peak seasons. Can I cancel my order? Once that option is no longer available, we may not be able to cancel anymore, however, and as long as we haven’t processed your order yet, we will do everything we can to stop your order. What if my item arrived damaged? Sometimes items can get damaged during transit. What if I have ordered the wrong item? You can simply return it to us. What if the item I have received isn’t the one I had ordered? If that is the case, one of our team in the warehouse might have made a mistake when picking or packing your order. Are all your products original equipment (OE) equivalent products? All parts we supply are designated as Matching OE Quality. What if I’m not sure if an item will fit my car? What if I’m not happy with the product quality? If, however you are not happy with the quality of an item, please let us know immediately. We may ask from some images so that we can establish what has been sent to you and feed back to our quality department. How fast can you deliver? Do you dispatch on the weekend? We don’t use signed for deliveries for our tracked services so in most cases you will get a courier notification that allows you to choose either a safe place or an address where you can pick your item up. What if my item didn’t arrive? In most cases our parcels are tracked, and we can liaise with the carrier directly to understand what happened and where the parcel is.
